What is Vertigo Problem ?
Vertigo is that feeling of dizziness. It makes you feel like you are spinning and losing balance even though you are well supported. You may also feel lightheadedness and lose control over your limbs. This problem may arise from trauma to the head, inner ear infections, pathologies, trauma involving the side of the head, seizures, meningitis, tumors at the brain stem, vascular abnormalities, and/or psychogenic causes. The patient may feel a tingling sensation in their ears, temporary hearing loss during an episode, feeling of fullness in their ears, nausea, vomiting, and elevated blood pressure. The different types of vertigo based on the occurrence are central vertigo and peripheral vertigo.
